Being authentic in the workplace is a very important detail to build success. Natalie speaks with Jim Troyer, a man with a military background turned psychologist that received his Ph.D. and is now trying to help workplaces understand the dynamic of all that work together inside of an organization.

About our guest: Jim Troyer is the founder of Reputation Resources, LLC, a consulting firm that helps businesses minimize workplace conflict, and maximize the purpose, potential, and performance of employees and the organizations in which they work. Jim holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. His area of research is occupational stress, self-regulation, and mindfulness meditation in the workplace.
